No passing notes, class.

“The marshals have asked that there be no more notes passed from the audience to those in front of the bar, it’s distracting.”

“How do they feel about paper airplanes?” – Rev. Ann Hall

  1. Thank you for your updates Leonard…am anxiously awaiting the next…Sadly, I can’t be there today (called back into work overnight shift tonight) – but my thoughts and my heart are there with you – and with the jury – hoping they will see through to the truth. Look forward to tonight’s press release! Do you think testimony will continue tomorrow morning?

  2. I support the defendants. Sadly, the behavior of some members of the audience has been unhelpful, in my opinion. I’m talking about the near-constant whispering and snickering on the two days that I’ve been in court. How do you think it appears to the jurors when ‘a bunch of aging hippies’ snigger at the testimony of a young, clean-cut Marine?

  3. Thanks for the postings! All of you and the trial will be the focus of our Advent vigil today at the gates of Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale, where parts of the D-5 missiles are prepared.
Love, blessings and Peace from our PLC group Larry, Peggy, Mark, Ed, Bryce, Janet, Bob, MJ, et. al.
